About us

Claire DS is a trainer in modeling and pastry chef in cake design, she has a refined style filled with sweetness and poetry.

A designer from a young age, she thrives in music and creative hobbies. She also discovers modeling with clay and polymer clay.


On the first birthday of these twins, she bakes her first decorated cake. This discipline became a new passion, she took many courses to train and passed her diploma as a French pastry chef.


From passion to profession, she embarked on competitions in France and across the Channel with brio, she won numerous medals with 3 "Gold Awards" at the INTERNATIONAL CAKE of BIRMINGHAM including a prestigious second place macaroon. This superb achievement made her become Ambassador of the brand "Saracino" as well as "Top 10 Cake Artist 2018" of the magazine Cake Masters.

Today, it offers numerous modeling and cake design workshops throughout France and internationally.

Obtained 3 times the GOLD AWARD 2016 & 2017 at the CAKE INTERNATIONAL show in BIRMINGHAM in England, including 2nd place for the “small decorative piece” category, the first French to obtain a macaroon.


Elected by the International Cake Masters Magazine among the Top 10 of the best designer cakes in France 2018

For several years, FRANCE Ambassador of the Saracino Brand, elected best modeling sugar paste in 2017
